Two minutes from the lodges, through the north gate, is the butcher/baker with fresh baking daily. Dairy produce, fruit and vegetables are also available.

Through the south gate is the local craft shop and Cafe, where coffee, home baking and lunches are available, with wonderful views over the loch.

The village is a ten minute walk downhill and provides a mini-supermarket, post office and hotel serving bar meals.

There is a further hotel situated at the entrance to the lodges which provides bar meals in a friendly atmosphere, along with special whiskey tasting evenings.

Numerous other hotels and restaurants are within a short drive.
